Steel Door Production Line 

A steel door production line is a complete line used to manufacture steel security doors, fire-rated doors, interior metal doors, and exterior metal doors. It integrates several machines to complete forming, cutting, welding, embossing, and assembly with high precision and speed.

Main Processes in a Steel Door Production Line

1. Steel Sheet Decoiling & Leveling

• Automatic decoiler unwinds the steel coil

• Leveling machine flattens the sheet

2. Laser Cutting or Punching

• CNC fiber laser cutting machine or turret punch press

• Cuts:

  • lock holes

3. Embossing / Stamping Door Skin

4. Bending Door Panels and Frames

• Ensures accurate angles and clean lines

5. Welding

• CO2 shielded welding

• Used for:

  • door frame assembly

  • stiffener welding

  • hinge reinforcement plates

  • lockbox welding

6. Filling & Assembly

• Honeycomb paper, rock wool, PU foam, or magnesium oxide board inserted

• Door skins pressed and joined

• Hardware installed (hinges, lock, frame accessories)

7. Powder Coating or Heat Transfer Paper Printing 

• Powder coating line

• Heat-transfer wood grain printing machine

8. Final Inspection & Packaging

• Quality checks

• Protective film wrapping

• Palletizing for transport and export
